What a quote request means

A request, not a contract

Sending a project through this website submits a request for an estimate. It is not a contract, service agreement, purchase, payment, or reservation of a time slot. The information and photos are sent to the SunMar Pro system for review and follow-up.

Estimates and scheduling

Any estimate is an initial assessment, not a final price. Final scope, materials, availability, and pricing must be confirmed directly with SunMar Pro. The public site does not display prices or promise a particular result, timeline, material, or availability. “Free estimate” means the estimate itself has no charge; it is not a commitment to perform work.

A preferred day or time tells the team when you would like contact. It is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only after it is separately accepted and recorded by the scheduling process.

Contact preferences

Choosing SMS as an optional contact preference records the consent choice and its evidence as described in the Privacy Policy. No SMS, email, or WhatsApp messages are sent today because no messaging provider is connected. The website does not treat a quote request as a promise that a message, estimate, appointment, or other response will be delivered by a particular time.

Your photos and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. By uploading photos you confirm that you took them or have permission to share them, and that they show the space for the project rather than other people's personal information. Photos are used only to understand the project, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Site availability and content

The site is provided as it is, and may change or be unavailable at times. The text, design, and brand assets belong to SunMar Group LLC. To the extent permitted by Florida law, SunMar Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website itself; nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law or under a separate written service agreement.
